State - 2025 Summer Games - Healthy Athletes
Thank you for your interest in volunteering at the 2025 Special Olympics Illinois Summer Games Healthy Athletes event to be held in Normal, IL June 20th - 21st 2025.
Healthy Athletes® is a Special Olympics program that provides free health screenings in a fun, welcoming environment that removes the anxiety people with intellectual disabilities (ID) often experience when faced with a visit to the doctor or dentist. Led by clinician volunteers, we will be offering Healthy Hearing, Opening Eyes, Special Smiles, and FunFitness this year.
We will also offer health education stations for athletes, coaches, and community members led by day-of volunteers and Athlete Leaders.
