State - 2026 Winter Games Competition
2026 Winter Games Competition offers Alpine competition at Chestnut Mountain Resort and Snowshoe competition at Eagle Ridge Resort on February 10 - 12, 2026. Volunteer duties range from staging and escorting athletes, timing, and assisting with the awards ceremony.
The 2026 Winter Games are held in Galena, IL on February 10th - 12th. This event offers competition in the sports of Snowshoe and Alpine Ski.
The Alpine Ski Competition is held at Chestnut Mountain Resort. Volunteer opportunities will consist of Level 1 - 1.5 Alpine Fan Squad (volunteers can walk up and down the hill), Level 1.5 - 4 Alpine Ski Escorts (volunteers must be able to ski) and Awards Volunteers.
The Snowshoe Competition is held at Eagle Ridge Resort. Volunteer opportunities will consist of Results Runners, Timers, Escorts and Awards Volunteers.
PLEASE NOTE: We advise you to dress accordingly for cold weather for any job description that consists of being outside.
