Dental screenings at NW Regional / Unified Soccer, Districts 1 & 2

Thank you for your interest in volunteering with Healthy Athletes.  Below are condensed instructions on how to register for this specialty event.  If you want more detailed steps, please email Susan at sgreenwood@sowa.org.  Thank you.

 

• Visit https://portals.specialolympics.org  
• Click “Create an account” which will walk you through profile creation 
  • Note: Your email activation code will be sent from “Microsoft on behalf of Special Olympics B2C Production.” Please be sure to check your spam folder as well.
• Complete profile
• Go to My Checklist; Click on large box titled “Want to do more with Special Olympics?”
  • Select the Health & Fitness drop-down option
  • Click on the blue circled arrow that matches your role
  • Read the brief service description and requirements; Apply to this Position
  • Go to My Checklist
  • Click on any forms that show as Incomplete
  • “Self-Certify”, check the box that you agree; Save
  • Go to my Checklist to confirm all forms are “green”
• Go to very top of page and click on Event Signup
  • If a large number of events are listed, easiest to Sort by Start Date
  • Scroll to Healthy Athletes / Special Smiles (or State Spring Games, and then click on hyperlink for Healthy Athletes)
  • Check the box next to the role you’re eligible to volunteer for

  • Click blue Sign up

     

    You’re all set! 

  • A registration confirmation email will be automatically sent to your email
