Chattanooga State Community Health Fair

Join us in making a real difference in the lives of Special Olympics athletes! Healthy Athletes is a program where athletes receive free health screenings from a variety of medical professionals, including hearing, vision, dental, mental health, and more. Volunteers play a vital role in supporting these screenings, ensuring the event runs smoothly, and helping athletes feel welcome and cared for. This program provides 100% free health services to athletes and has helped countless participants access the medical care they need.

MEDICAL + HEALTH VOLUNTEERS RECOMMENDED!

 

Prior to the event, please complete the Special Olympics Health module. 

This training is required only once. Here are the steps: 

1. Start at the Special Olympics Learning Portal - https://elearn.specialolympics.org/learn

2. Click on 'Health' blue box + 'New User? Register' to create a profile.

3. Login and in the search bar - 'Special Olympics Health'

4. Complete the Special Olympic Health Module (45 minutes)

5. Once finished, you will receive a certificate of completion, please forward a copy of the certificate to eshewmaker@specialolympicstn.org
