Thank you for your interest in volunteering at the 2025 Special Olympics Washington State Winter Games to be held in the Wenatchee/Leavenworth area, February 28 - March 2.

You may view the schedules and available shifts by clicking into each link but to register, you must create a profile in our new volunteer portal first. We ask that you click on the role to read the service description, as this may answer any questions you may have.

New Volunteer Registration Portal Tips and Tricks
Are you a volunteer between the ages of 11-13? Please have a parent or guardian apply for the Event Volunteer Group Lead role prior to registering for a shift.
Interested in getting a group together? For folks who want to volunteer together, please select a person from your group to apply for the Event Volunteer Group Lead role which will allow you to manage your group’s registrations.
Have you been given a “pre-assigned role” by a staff member or part of a group that's been given a specific shift? Enter the code that was given to you in the Keyword field and they will appear. If you don't have a code, please reach out to your group lead or email volunteer@sowa.org.
