Volunteer Information

Role: Staging at Awards - 5/8/2026 3:00:00 PM
Description: Volunteers will organize athletes by event/heat in the awards area after their competition and keep them with their group until they are given their awards. This is a great opportunity to spend some time with the athletes and congratulate them on their hard work!
Parking: Parking details will be shared via email one week prior to the event.
Where to Go: Once parked, head to the “volunteer check-in” or “headquarters” tent to check in with a SOAZ staff member.
Who to Contact:
What to Bring: Wear comfortable pants/shorts and close toe shoes. You will receive a volunteer t-shirt at check-in to wear during your shift. Bring a refillable water bottle and a snack if you’d like!
