Description:
Before the athletes arrive and competition begins, there’s important behind-the-scenes work to be done, and that’s where the Venue Set-Up Crew comes in! Volunteers will assist with setting up sports equipment, event supplies, and signage to prepare competition areas for the Games. This role involves moving equipment (cones, ropes, etc.), so volunteers should be prepared to be on their feet for the entire shift. No experience is needed - just bring your energy and enthusiasm. We couldn’t make it happen without you!

Where to Go:
Please arrive 10 minutes early and check in with the volunteer lead. Volunteers under age 16 must be accompanied by a parent, guardian, or chaperone. Please contact the event coordinator to get them registered.
