Volunteer Information

Role: Event Set up and Registration Support - 3/27/2026 1:30:00 PM
Description: Volunteers will help set up equipment and SOAZ branding for the event, then will assist in checking in athletes and participants.
Parking: Park in the lot off 95th Ave then enter along W Entertainment Blvd between the fountains and Desert Diamond Arena.
Where to Go: Once parked, head to the “volunteer check-in” or “headquarters” tent to check in with a SOAZ staff member.
Who to Contact:
What to Bring: Wear comfortable pants/shorts and close toe shoes. You will receive a volunteer t-shirt at check-in to wear during your shift. Bring a refillable water bottle and a snack if you’d like!
