Coordinate and oversee the flow of the Opening Ceremony
Work with staff, speakers, and volunteers involved in the program
Ensure all materials are ready (scripts, flags, music, microphones, etc.)
Line up participants and manage timing of ceremony elements

We will be providing water for all volunteers.
