Description:
Before the athletes arrive and competition begins, there’s important behind-the-scenes work to be done - and that’s where the Load Up Crew comes in! Volunteers will help load sports equipment, event supplies, and signage at the SOTN state office, organize and pack materials for smooth transport to the venue, and even spend time with our incredible SOTN staff. No experience is needed - just bring your energy and enthusiasm. We truly couldn’t do it without you!

Where to Go:
Please arrive 10 minutes early and check in with the volunteer lead. Volunteers under age 16 must be accompanied by a parent, guardian, or chaperone. Please contact the event coordinator to get them registered.
