Merchandise/Auction Support - 7/11/2026 7:00:00 PM
Description:
Merchandise volunteers will assist with ringing up sales, keeping items stocked and orderly, and helping individuals find what they are looking for. Auction volunteers will assist with the silent and live auctions, keeping items organized and ensuring the correct item(s) get to the winning bidder. These volunteers must have a cleared background check in order to handle money. Volunteers will not be permitted to drink alcohol during or before their shift time.
Parking:
Park in the lot in front of the Flagstaff Elk's Lodge.
Where to Go:
Once parked, check in with SOAZ staff near the main entrance to the Elk's Lodge!
What to Bring:
Wear comfortable clothes and close-toe shoes. You'll receive a volunteer t-shirt at check-in. We recommend bringing a refillable water bottle as well!
