Opening Eyes (Day 1) - 5/16/2026 1:00:00 PM
Description:
Help Special Olympics athletes by providing free vision screenings and assisting them in selecting prescription glasses, sport goggles, or sunglasses. Volunteers support eye health education and ensure athletes receive the eyewear they need to see clearly and perform safely. Licensed optometrists, ophthalmologists, and optometry students are encouraged to participate.

Where to Go:
Please arrive 5 minutes early and check in with at the registration tent. Volunteers under age 16 must be accompanied by a parent, guardian, or chaperone. Please contact the event coordinator to get them registered.
