Opening Ceremonies | Program - 5/15/2026 10:30:00 PM
Description:
Volunteers will help organize athletes as they line up for the parade, escort teams to their assigned seats, guide delegations to their designated areas during the ceremony, and communicate important messages as needed. Throughout the Opening Ceremonies, volunteers will celebrate and cheer on athletes as they enter the arena.
This role requires being on your feet for the entire event and the ability to walk briskly when needed.

Where to Go:
Please arrive 10 minutes early and check in with the volunteer lead. Volunteers under age 16 must be accompanied by a parent, guardian, or chaperone. Please contact the event coordinator to get them registered.

Wear athletic attire and closed-toe shoes (you’ll be on your feet). Bring a filled water bottle to stay hydrated.
