Merchandise/Auction Support - 9/20/2025 6:00:00 PM
Description:
Merchandise volunteers will assist with ringing up sales, keeping items stocked and orderly, and helping individuals find what they are looking for. Merchandise volunteers must have a cleared background check in order to handle money. Volunteers will not be permitted to drink alcohol during or before their shift time.
Parking:
Park in the main lot at Flagstaff Elks Lodge then enter through the main entrance.
Where to Go:
Enter at the main entrance then check in with SOAZ staff at the Volunteer Check In table.
What to Bring:
Wear comfortable pants/shorts and close toe shoes. You will receive a volunteer t-shirt at check-in to wear during your shift. Bring a refillable water bottle and a snack if you’d like!
