Empower athletes to live healthier lives through interactive education, wellness activities, and preventive health screenings. Athletes learn practical skills related to nutrition, hydration, sun safety, emotional wellness, and healthy habits while also receiving screenings such as blood pressure, body composition, bone density, and other preventive health measures to support lifelong wellness. Ideal for health professionals and students passionate about education and prevention.

Where to Go:
Please arrive 5 minutes early and check in with at the registration tent. Volunteers under age 16 must be accompanied by a parent, guardian, or chaperone. Please contact the event coordinator to get them registered.
