Description:
General Volunteers are the heart of Winter Games! These roles are flexible and may change throughout the day based on event needs. If a role does not have a very specific title (such as Medical, Officials, or Set-Up), you can expect to help wherever extra hands are needed.
General volunteer tasks may include:
Assisting athletes by escorting them to competition areas
Calling athlete names or helping line up heats
Supporting coaches and event staff
Helping keep competitions running smoothly and on schedule
Providing encouragement, high-fives, and positive energy to our athletes
No prior sports experience is required — just a willingness to help, be flexible, and support our athletes in having a great competition day. Volunteers should recall that assignments may shift as needs arise, but every role plays an important part in creating a successful and inclusive event.
