Description:
Volunteers will assist by checking athletes into the staging area and keeping them organized by heat and lane line. Volunteers will be able to encourage and pump up the athletes right before their race!

Parking:
Note the two locations for this event! For Bocce shifts, please park in the main parking lot between Surprise Stadium and Mark Coronado Park. For Swim shifts, please park in the main lot at Oasis Swim Center.
Where to Go:
Once parked, head to the “volunteer check-in” or “headquarters” tent to check in with a SOAZ staff member.

What to Bring:
Wear comfortable pants/shorts and close toe shoes. You will receive a volunteer t-shirt at check-in to wear during your shift. Bring a refillable water bottle and a snack if you’d like!
