Volunteer Information

Role: Meal Distribution/Tear Down - 3/27/2026 6:00:00 PM
Description: Volunteers will assist in handing out lunches to the teams, then will help tear down the equipment and branding and load up the vehicles at the end of the event.
Parking: Park in the lot off 95th Ave then enter along W Entertainment Blvd between the fountains and Desert Diamond Arena.
Where to Go: Once parked, head to the “volunteer check-in” or “headquarters” tent to check in with a SOAZ staff member.
Who to Contact:
What to Bring: Wear comfortable pants/shorts and close toe shoes. You will receive a volunteer t-shirt at check-in to wear during your shift. Bring a refillable water bottle and a snack if you’d like!
