Description:
Works with SOWA staff to determine equiptment needs (LOI) and placement, prior to the event; leads the volunteers in the set-up and tear down of venue, including proper loading of equipment into rental vehicle; troubleshoots and supports event as needed. Coordinates distribution, maintenance and collection of radios when used. Ensures safety of athletes and volunteers by monitoring heat/cold and providing water, cooling rags and additional supplies as needed.
