Description:
General Volunteers support the overall operation of a Special Olympics Texas Bocce Tournament by assisting event staff and athletes as needed. Responsibilities may include helping set up and maintain courts, measuring and marking throws, keeping score, retrieving bocce balls, and guiding athletes to the correct courts. Volunteers help ensure matches run smoothly, safely, and on schedule. This role requires a positive attitude, attention to detail, and flexibility. No prior bocce experience is required, as training and on-site guidance will be provided. Your support helps create an inclusive and enjoyable competition experience for all athletes.
Event Location:
1404 Royston Ln, Round Rock, Texas, 78664
Parking:
You will park on the road on Royston Lane. DO NOT PARK IN THE SHOPPING CENTER PARKING LOT. YOU WILL BE TOWED.
Where to Go:
You will go into the front entrance of Let's Play Soccer, and then check in at the Volunteer Check-In Station.
