Shift 1 - Awards Escorts - 9/19/2026 2:00:00 PM
Description:
Escort athletes to and through the awards line.
Retrieve your group of athletes and escort them through the awards line until they receive their medals. Then, return to the pool.
NOTE: Please stay with the athletes until they receive their medals. The awards volunteers will need your help identifying who is who, so be sure to learn your group's names while waiting to be awarded.

At Hawkins Pool, follow the Special Olympics Texas parking signs
Where to Go:
Check in at the volunteer desk just inside the pool deck area.

What to Bring:
Wear comfortable shoes, and they may get wet. Dress comfortably, as the pool area is warm.
