Role:
Empower Nicor- Event Volunteer (Saturday) - 6/13/2026 1:00:00 PM
Description:
Roles will be assigned day-of and may consist of:
Gymnastics Group Leader: Volunteers will take groups of athletes to their apparatuses.
Gymnastics Music Coordinator: Volunteers will play music for Artistic Female and Rhythmic Floor
Routines. Males do not use music. All music and play lists will be provided for you.
Gymnastics Score Flasher: Judges will give judge sheet(s) with circled overall score to the Score
Flasher seated at their table. Score Flashers will put athlete score received from judge on flasher and
spin slowly at 360 degrees so that all spectators can see score.
Gymnastics Awards: Individuals assist with the presenting of awards to the athletes after competition.

Parking:
Cars can park for free in the Garage off of Lee St. and Olive St. Bus Parking will be available in the gravel lot behind Stoller Precise Painting & Finishes located at:
302 S Lee St, Bloomington, IL 61701.
(You can access the lot from both S Lee St. and S Roosevelt Ave)
Where to Go:
Coach, Athlete, and Volunteer Entrance
Coaches, Athletes and Volunteers will enter through the VIP entrance off of Roosevelt Ave. Coaches & Athletes must have a wristband on to enter through this entrance. Individuals will be directed through the locker room hallway and onto the floor.
Spectator Entrance
Spectators will enter through the main entrance off of Madison St. Individuals will only be able to bring in one clear bag. No other bags will be allowed. All individuals must go through a metal detector.
