Awards Presenters (Trail/Speed Events) - 10/9/2026 4:30:00 PM
Description:
Volunteers will assist with course setup and tear-down, scoring, results, and merchandise sales. No equestrian experience is required! Training will be provided at the beginning of each shift. Located at the Ector County Coliseum, this event offers a variety of volunteer shifts and days to choose from.

Parking:

Where to Go:
Ector County Coliseum. Upon arrival, please head to volunteer check-in! Look for the Special Olympics Tent labeled 'Volunteer Registration' or Special Olympics Pageantry. Find a staff member if you have any questions, or check sotx.org/fall-classic to see our maps and get more information.
What to Bring:
Comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing. You will receive a shirt at check-in as a thank you for volunteering; feel free to wear this shirt if you like!
-A reusable water bottle. We will have hydration stations at each venue.
-Sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat if preferred.
