Description:
The 2026 Special Olympics Texas Statewide Summer Games will be held in Melissa, TX! This event will include competitions in: Athletics, Cycling, FUNdamental Sports, Soccer, and Tennis. SOTX wants excited, passionate, and eager volunteers to come support our amazing athletes from across Texas! What to Bring:
Volunteers should come prepared with comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing and closed-toe, non-slip shoes for safety and ease of movement. Bringing snacks, such as energy bars, can help during long shifts, and a face mask or hand sanitizer is encouraged if preferred. Most importantly, volunteers should bring a positive and flexible attitude to help make the event a success! Additionally, please note that all volunteers are also invited to attend the meal tent for a free meal at lunch or dinner!
