Description:
This role helps assist our Sports Management Team with handing out awards after each class has been judged by our head judges. These volunteers will be outside the arena, but will enter the arena after the class has been competed. Be prepared to stand for a majority of the shift and dress for the elements as this role is located outside. Address for Equestrian State Championship is 1900 E Main St, Danville, IN 46122.

General Parking is located on the Northwest and West side of the Horse Barn and Arena.
Where to Go:
Once you arrive you please head to the volunteer check-in table. It is located on the east side of the horse arena. You will see a volunteer a-frame.

What to Bring:
This event is located outdoors and around horses and the competition area. Most volunteers will be standing for a majority of their shift. We do recommend dressing for the weather and for being around horses.
