Description:
Hendricks County Horse Club and any general volunteers register for this role. Throughout the afternoon this role is needed to fill in as arena gate attendant, as a class staging assitant, as an assistant for any ring stewards or judges. Please be prepred to be around horses. These roles are all located (mostly covered), but will be around horses, mud/dirt, and the arena. Be prepared to dress comfortably, but with the correct footwear. General Parking is located on the Northwest and West side of the Horse Barn and Arena.
Where to Go:
Once you arrive you please head to the volunteer check-in table. It is located on the east side of the horse arena. You will see a volunteer a-frame.

What to Bring:
This event is located outdoors and around horses and the competition area. Most volunteers will be standing for a majority of their shift. We do recommend dressing for the weather and for being around horses.
